Before you write
Many questions are answered on the support page, including sign-in help, care circle roles, reminders, billing, exporting your data, and deleting a care space or account.
What to include
- The email address on your account.
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
- For billing questions, whether you are the owner of the care space.
- Please leave out medical details and other people's personal health information.
Privacy and deletion requests
To request a copy of your information, correct something, or delete a care space, email us from the address on your account and tell us what you would like done. Owners can also delete a care space from inside the app.
In an emergency
EldersCare AI is not an emergency response service and no one monitors it on your behalf. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
