EldersCare AI helps a family keep medications, appointments, documents, notes, and emergency information together in one shared place. Everything in a care space is entered or confirmed by people, not by the software.

• It does not diagnose conditions or interpret symptoms.
• It does not prescribe, recommend, or adjust medications or doses.
• It does not monitor health continuously and no one watches your account on your behalf.
• It does not replace a licensed clinician, pharmacist, or care professional.
• It is not an emergency response service.

Medication names, doses, and schedules shown in the app are the ones people entered. The app never infers a dose or a schedule from a medication name. Any change to a medication must be confirmed with a qualified clinician before it is followed.

When no one has recorded a response to a reminder, the app says "No response recorded." That is not a statement that a medication was or was not taken.

AI features summarize and locate information that is already in the care space, and can prepare drafts from an uploaded document. A permitted person must review and confirm any draft before it becomes part of the care record. AI output can be incomplete or wrong, and general health information it provides is general, not advice about a specific person.

In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number. Do not rely on EldersCare AI, its reminders, or a shared Emergency Profile link to summon help.

EldersCare AI does not guarantee medication adherence, appointment attendance, delivery of any reminder, or any health outcome. Reminders depend on devices, networks, and email providers outside our control.
