Support
Answers to the questions families ask most, plus how to reach a person. EldersCare AI is not an emergency service — in an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

EldersCare AI Support
Email is the fastest way to reach us and we usually reply within a few business days. The contact page lists what to include so we can help on the first reply.
Account and sign-in
- Sign in with the email address you used to create your account. If you forgot your password, choose "Forgot password" on the sign-in page and follow the emailed link.
- Invitations are sent by email and expire. If yours has expired, ask the care space owner to send a new one.
- One person can belong to several care spaces. Switch between them from the care recipient selector at the top of the app.
Care circle access and roles
The owner of a care space decides who joins it and what each person can see or change. Owners and organizers can change a role, adjust which areas a person can open, or remove someone from the care circle at any time. Removing a person ends their access immediately.
Reminders and email
- Reminders depend on devices, networks, and email providers, so they are a helpful nudge and never a guarantee.
- Set quiet hours and choose which reminder types you receive under Notifications in the app.
- If email reminders stop arriving, check your spam folder and confirm the address on your account is current.
Billing
The Essential plan is free. The Family plan is billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, and only the owner of a care space can start, change, or cancel it from the Billing page in the app. Cancelling keeps Family features until the end of the paid period. See pricing for what each plan includes.
Exporting your data
An owner or organizer can download everything in a care space as a single file from Settings, under "Your data". The export includes the care recipient details, care circle membership, medications and schedules, medication events, appointments, notes, tasks, reminders, timeline entries, document details, and the emergency profile. Each export is recorded in the care space's security activity.
If you cannot reach the app, email us from the address on your account and we will help you get a copy.
Deleting a care space or your account
- Deleting a care space is available to its owner in Settings. You must type the care space name to confirm, and it removes that care space's records and uploaded documents.
- Deleting your account removes your sign-in and every care space you own, and removes you from care spaces owned by other people. Those care spaces stay with that family.
- Both actions are permanent and cannot be undone from inside the app, so export first if you want a copy.
- Backups and limited security or billing records may persist for a short retention period, as described in the privacy policy.
You can also email support@elderscare.ai from the address on your account to ask us to delete your information.
AI features
AI in EldersCare AI reads only the confirmed records of the one care space you are working in, and only the areas your role allows. It can summarize, find, and draft — it never writes to the care record on its own, and a permitted person must confirm every draft. AI output can be incomplete or wrong and is not medical advice. See the medical and AI disclaimer.
Privacy and security questions
Read how information is handled in the privacy policy and how the service is protected on the security page. To report a security problem, email support@elderscare.ai with the details and how to reproduce it, and please do not include anyone's health information.
